::The parking attendants were extremely rude. I was instructed to self-park my car and when it was time to pick my vehicle up there was utter chaos—they need a better system for customer flow management when there is a rush. Shortly after paying my ticket, I began walking down the ramp. I was stopped, and I informed an attendant that I self-parked and was retrieving my car since the staff would have no idea where I parked. I was told that they'd retrieve my car and asked to go back to the waiting area. At that moment I saw another attendant driving my car up the ramp, wildly. He hit my muffler on the speed bump and I held my hand up and walked over. He proceeded to drive away. I followed, he stopped and I informed him that it was my car and I'd just take it since I already paid my fee—my paid ticket was in hand and I showed it to him. He told me I needed to wait and that he planned to re-park. I said that didn't make sense: I'm here, I paid and I'm next in line. Two of his colleagues then approached me and told me I was on private property and they would call the police and have me arrested—this is after I explained he was driving my car, wildly, and I already paid for my ticket ($40). All three men proceeded to tell me that they would call the cops, if I didn't allow them to take my car BACK to the lower level. I was standing on the side of the vehicle, not in front or behind it. When I questioned the choice again, a debate ensued. A few moments later the driver speed up the ramp, parked my car at the front and removed the keys—I didn't realize the latter until I made it to my car. There were 50 people on line—I'd already stood on line to pay my ticket—so I went directly to the window and asked for my keys. There were placed on the desk, away from the rest. When I asked for them the clerk said I should not have walked on the ramp, and that's why I was treated in that manner. I reminded him that several customers were in fact walking the ramps—folks were going to get their cars and get items from their cards—so that was not a justification for the poor treatment. Plus, customer service should be universal. I was with my 12-year-old nephew who was astounded. He didn't understand why the men were disrespectful with my property. Thanks to their poor customer service I had to end the high of seeing an awesome Broadway show, WICKED, with a discussion about sexism, racism and customer service. The experience was horrible.

::Staff was extremely helpful. Even recommended a Groupon coupon to save us money. Which I did, however the battery on my phone died so when I told them they said no problem and loaned me a phone charger. I'll definitely be back! THANK YOU 😊
