  My first appointment was on 12/20/2017. I explained that a new wheel was needed for refrigerator. They said they would not order wheel until they could verify this was the issue. They arrived and pulled out refrigerator scratching the wood floor. They confirmed refrigerator needed wheel. They would order it and schedule next appointment. After multiple phone calls the next appointment was scheduled for 1/17/18. Betsy said they would call between 8:00 and 8:30 to give estimated time of arrival. When they did not call, I called them. They said they could not make the repair and I should contact manufacturer.

  On our 4th day of no-show, no-call. If you want to spend days waiting, being lied to and ignored, you definitely want to use this company.

  My experience with this company was abominable. I had an appointment scheduled to have an oven part replaced and my first visit was cancelled by the company the morning of (after i had stayed home from work for the appt). I called and scheduled a second appt for a weekend day and that day came and went without a call or anyone showing up. When I scheduled a 3rd appt I asked to speak to a manager about a discounted rate for the visit considering the previous problems and never heard back from anyone despite two calls to their office the week before the 3rd scheduled appt. That appt never happened either, will not be using them ever again. How they are in business with such poor customer service and communication is a mystery to me.

  Agree with other reviewer that it would be nice to have a '0' stars option. They never even got to my house. They kept changing the appointment date and not showing up. When I called, they said they would call me back to update me on status and never did. After a while it became a farce. They even had the temerity to call me a few days after an appointment they failed to show up for to tell me someone was coming - thanks for the warning! I told them not to bother.
