  Cute little place. Ambiance was good. Service was exceptional, very attentive until it got busy then a little less so but still very nice and polite. Food was eclectic, tasty and prepared well. The prices were very reasonable. Will definetely visit again.

  I was happy when I first found Abigail's, a diamond in the rough. But each time the services takes a nose dive. The food is great, but I'm done with this place. The service wait time is way too long, no one takes your order, and I waited once for 20 minutes for some bread. I called someone over and asked for bread and with a puzzled look he said " oh I'm the manager". Yeah? I'm the Customer and I want some bread. Photo of some foil I picked out of my food. Fresh silverware for dinner? No. Held up my fork for a solid hour.

  I have gone to this restaurant many times but unfortunately I will have to stop as the service levels continue to decrease. Last night I tried to call for about 2 hours to place an order for pick up, giving them the benefit of the doubt I went in to order and was quoted 30 minutes so I waited. It took them 1 hour to prepare salmon. Don't get me wrong their food is amazing however if you are hungry, which some people are most of the time they go to a restaurant, this is not the place to go. I work in a 5 star hotel and service is just as important as food to me. Standing there for an hour hearing their phone ring and seeing no one picking it up was just killing me inside as where I work we have to pick up the phone before the 4th ring, even if it's to place the person on hold. I definitely have given them enough of my money to continually be disappointed time and time again. I know business is great but keep your eye in the ball and try to come up with a way people don't waste their time waiting for delivery or pick up orders. I might try then again once I hear something has changed in this regard.

  The acoustics are way off in the dining area, found myself literally shouting at the other 5 people in my group - although, we enjoyed the decor. Also found the upbeat/dance music that was playing as background music to be a bit much for dinner enjoyment. Wait service was very good, orders were accurate and tasty - bread delish as expected. Generous servings of wine ordered by the glass... sangria was a bit too juicy for us to bother with another pitcher. 4 of us had enough food to take home for a 2nd light meal. Be sure to double check your bill when it comes because some promotional pricing was missed on ours. Maybe I would return to try the outside deck, and hope you could speak in normal tones out there.

  Had such a Fun time here today 4 the 1'st time! Great Atmosphere~Loved that We sat outside. The Best combo of food. Especially the Polish & Portuguese Dynamic. The Best Perogies & Paella.🥘 Even the Pork chops looked Awesome. Next time We're definitely getting Sangria.👍
