  The location is great, there are some art shops nearby, usually can stroll.

  Before I heard someone say this apartment, I feel very good to live in here, and next time I come to San Francisco, I have to live in this apartment.

  It's a good place to life and meet people from different countries. It's clean, simple and comfortable. In the area there are many homeless but the hotel is so close of the public transportation. The price is really good comparative with the zone (if you chose to share you room)

  Although the suite itself is not bad, but the area around the resident(Tenderlion) is very terrible. So many homeless people are there and streets smell awful. I booked 4 weeks and cancelled when I still had 3 weeks, because I was followed by homeless and felt dangerous. However, even I still have 3 weeks booking, there is NO ANY MONEY BACK, NO REFUNDS.

  Rooms are clean, reception people are super friendly. Breakfast is included and good, and the there's a pool table downstairs. Only downside so far is the street light that shines light into our room at night - which the blinds do not block out completely.
