  I needed to fix a brass element and arrived at their office. They told me to come back in the afternoon and they would take care of it. I went back that same afternoon and the office had closed before the time but I was told to come back the next morning at 7.30 a.m. (!) and they would take care of it. I went back the next morning and again I was told that they had too much work so to come back the next day. I really don’t think this is professional.

  I needed a quick fix weld right before they closed. In and out and they seemed very pleasant.
