  The owner, Jaime Velarde, is by far the most disturbing employer I've ever worked for. He's been heavily abusive to me and his other valets, drinks heavily on a daily basis and says horrible things he doesn't even remember. He hires young girls to work for him so he can manipulate & put them down, creepily watches them on camera all day without consent, and he often screams and cusses at his customers. He also blackmails his customers into writing Yelp reviews for him and will sometimes refuse service if they don't. If you do business with him, good luck to you. Because it probably won't be a pleasant experience.

  I am so happy with ABC American Valet's services and their people. From setting up the initial date & time - to the arrival & professionalism of the valets on the venue premises - everything was easy, quick and smooth. My business partner & I will always call ABC, first & foremost!

  I called ABC Valet last summer in a panic after 10:00 PM at night. My 50th Birthday Party was the next evening and my sister said my neighbors would hate me forever if I didn't have a valet service. ABC promptly called me back. With zero notice they sent two very polite young people over to valet my party. I give them the highest recommendation.

  STAY AWAY from ABC Valet!!!! My car was parked at a restaurant and was broken into! at this point they are only willing to pay for the fixing of my window even though it was parked a distance away from the restaurant with no one supervising the additional lot. In addition my car was damaged on two other doors indicating that the robbers had plenty of time to try and get into my car. I have a car alarm and either it was not set or the valet people ignored it as it went off because i verified with the dealership that it should have gone off if set until someone used the key to turn it off. I spoke to the owner Jaime and he was hostile along with his employees that I was dealing with and does not seem willing to work with me at all. I will be working with the restaurant that they were at as well as the Better Business Bureau to see what additional actions can be taken toward the terrible company!!! AVOID them at all costs!!!!! They are terrible and the owner does not seem to care at all!!!!! -- The above is the review that I wrote on Saturday after talking with the owner trying to get the issue of my car break in resolved. After posting this comment he called me and very aggressively asked me to remove the comment. He still has not provided me with his insurance company information and now after getting my car damage estimate taken care of and sent over to him per his request on the phone during our conversation on Saturday he has now pulled an attorney into the issue and the attorney states that he reserves the right to refuse payment. Jaime asked me on Saturday during our phone conversation to remove the comments in good faith until the issue was resolved which I did but at this point the issue is getting out of hand. I have updated this comment with as much detail as possible, please read carefully and be advised. All I can say is NEVER use this company; they are not willing to take responsibility for anything and will not work with you if anything happens to your car. DO NOT WORK with ABC Valet!!!!!

  HIRING ABC VALET WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME. JAMIE WAS EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THE JUNKY OLD 5 PASSENGER MINIVAN HE SENT IN LEIU OF THE 15 PASSENGER SHUTTLE WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. HE YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME OBSCENE NAMES. HE REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, THEN LATER CALLED AND AGREED TO REFUND IT (AFTER GETTING A CHARGEBACK FROM MY CC COMPANY) THEN STILL ENDED UP FIGHTING THE CHARGEBACK. NOT ONE THING HONEST BY THIS COMPANY AND THEY WASTED 2 HOURS OF MY WEDDING BY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY AGREED TO. THEY CANNOT BE COUNTED ON. IF YOU NEED A DEPENDABLE SHUTTLE SERVICE, THIS IS NOT THE ONE YOU WANT. WE HIRED ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO COMPLETE THE PEOPLE TRANSFER THAT ACTUALLY SHOWED UP, PROFESSIONAL, IN THE VEHICLE THEY PROMISED AND ON TIME!!!
