::NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!! Purchased from PC Richards and they use these guys for servicing Friedrich ACs and they referred me here. Worst service ever!!! From the initial call to set up an appointment, they were rude and like other say, it was as if they were the customer. Made my first appointment and was told I MUST CALL at 4:30pm to see what 3hour time slot they will show up the next day. Apparently they rang my doorbell(the guy on the phone tells me his guys are very aggressive with ringing bells, I don't think so!) and nobody answered (meanwhile somebody was home all day long listening for the bell to ring. I also tested my bell to make sure it worked and it did!!) They called as I stepped away from the phone and left a nasty message to me. Also I left 2 phone numbers just in case, they only called 1. I gave them the benefit of doubt because I was nice... So I made another appointment with them and I made sure to give them 3 numbers this time. I called today 6/29/2017 at 4:30 to confirm my appointment for 6/30/2017 and they tell me there is nothing set up. Also I missed my second appointment somehow (because of their scheduling screw up) and the guy(I think his name is Steve) just said "We do not give third chances, call PC Richard and have them schedule you for another company." These guys are just unbelievable. I have already filed a complaint for BBB, I will make sure PC Richards higher ups know not to use your service, and make sure everyone online (via social media) knows about this horrendous experience.

::Totally rip-off. Firstly they came late yesterday to my apartment in 2 Horatio street, after assigned 3 hour time slot, didn't called before. AC was already dismantled on the floor, so no work around that, everything easy, I showed the problem with wire, they accidentally tore off the wire completely (now AC doesn't work at all, before at least fan was blowing, but not cooling), they said that can't fix wire, don't do such works, that I need to find someone else. Said that could change whole control panel for 400 USD and it will take a week or so. But it was excessive heat during these days in Manhattan, as it is always in July, even an idea to stay without an AC for week drove us crazy. And I could buy the same AC for 200 USD in Craigslist already today. So they spent here 2 min, took 97 USD service charge (which was higher than they said before on the phone) just for coming in and finishing my sick AC and left. No good. I imagine how many other clients they rip-off this way every day. Such a shame LG Customer Service suggested this company, I though they gonna be good guys. Don't trust them, folks!
