  This is, hands down, the best place in Houston for Pilates. I have tried it all and nothing beats the personalized touch of AATB.

  I truly believe I received first class treatment here. I cannot say enough great praises about Awesome Abs Total Body Pilates. The staff is knowledgeable, genuine, and engaging. I. Like. My. Time. Here. After hamstring rehab, I was recommended to come to AATB (abbrev) to further my rehabilitation. I honestly was not sure about Pilates, I knew so little. So why not?! I am now about 6 classes in and I seriously love this. It is one of the best workouts I can imagine. If you're on the fence, give a shot. They are seriously pro's.
