::I have been a loyal customer for many years. I like to buy my merchandise within 4 months periods at a time to avoid all the interest. I have had the worse time with this location. First, my last purchase, I received 4 deliveries of the same item. So they took it off my acct and took back the items that i did not order. Then, i went to make payments and was given a much higher quote than what i was originally told. They have me under a 24 month contract that i never signed up for. I have been back and forth with Jessica (finance manager) regarding getting a discount and getting a contract signed but i never get a call back and every time i go its the same "24 months". This is an issue that has not resolved for 6 months now. Yet they are quick to call for the payments! When i call to check the update on my acct i have to re-explain everything all over again. And i NEVER get my calls returned by their finance manager! This place is very unorganized. Employees come and go frequently. They do not care about their customers. All they care about is getting their money! Once I am done with this issue I do not plan to return ever to this company! Will start buying my things cash elsewhere!

::I have been apart of Aarons for awhile I had one experience I wasn't to find off But they work with me a lot they may call a lot but that's their job I am so happy that they do I could've bought my things right out but choose them Anytime you deal with having to pay something or late you will get that situation And they have to do their job I am truly glad they have and still work with me. Before they got the new manager I had a serious situation involving the old manager and his worker at my moms I even called the police on them it was a very scary situation Other than that and the other situation I am very happy.

::I have rented from them before but never again. There collection Manger is very rude and a lier and very unprofessional. I work collection and I don't even talk to people the way she talk to me and my references.

::They act like the police very rude walking in my home than announcing they in my house and they act like the customer I have my rights I and though make late payments at least I make them within the month very poor customer service instead of reasoning with me they act like they own my house crazy people .

::Great customer service. We have been dealing with this Aarons for the past 3 years and have been very satisfied with them.
