  We recently bought a living room set from this store and is renting a washer dryer set. They were very friendly and made it very comfortable for me to decide on which one I wanted to get. They gave me information on every item I looked at which made it easier to decide. They even delivered to my apartment at the time they said. Honestly I didn't have any bad experience here. I actually brag about where I got my stuff to my friends and family. 😎😌

  Very helpful always willing to worth with my financial issues. Con is the couch I rented was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a part of the couch they forgot to clean. And someone's underware that was left behind by past owner.

  Went in with a friend to see if he could rent just some basic furniture and was not really happy with the first guy that helped us. When we asked questions on why they needed all this information the gentleman seemed bothered and told us he's usually in the back. Well ok. The manager was very funny and personable. We left without renting anything.

  If l could give a negative star to this place, l would. I have my second washer and dryer from them. I understand that when l rent, l pay more. Fine. One would think a good customer would at least be treated with respect. My due date was the 15th now it's the 1st. No idea how. I have paid for YEARS. l had an accident and fell behind ONE month. They do not care. I tried to call to make a payment. No. They wanted two payments. I talked to no less than THREE people on a 10 minute break. First Amanda, then another, then Vance. They REFUSED my payment!!! Vance somehow thinks that if l call back im 3 hours l will miraculously have another payment. When a creditor declines a payment it voids the contract. These are people are never polite. Never nice. ONE MONTH! They will bang on your door like they are cops. I will NEVER use Aaron's again. They are appliance mafioso. Scumbags
