  The store I go to is at times helpful even though I've paid off 5 accounts. I've called about certain items and was told I'd get a call back regarding the item but hardly ever do. The one item I really wanted is cash n carry only and was hoping to get it before today but was told I couldn't. Not sure why it would be a problem if I'm gonna pay it off anyway. There was a bedroom set I saw online and had the money to make the first months payment was told it would take 2 weeks to get in. Honestly after these last 2 accounts I have are paid off I don't think ill be doing anymore business here. One last thing...the prices on all the items are a lot more than anywhere I've seen I only go to there to get the merchandise when I make my first months payment and am able to take the item home with me that day once I make my payment.
