  If I could give a zero I would. I get a notification from my bank that money was debited from my account. I find this bizarre because I have not authorized anyone to withdraw. It's Aarons. Go figure. Last month I made a payment over the phone. The guy said it was a one time payment and obviously, that was a lie. Then I call to inquire about today's unauthorized payment, they tell me my payment was due anyway and the other customers that "it happened to" was okay with it and said that's fine. Yeah.... I'm not them. and I didn't authorize any payment. Then they insult me and say call your bank. My bank was the one that called me.... They know that I'm trying to buy a house through them...Then I'm told that I can get the money back in 7-10 business days but it didn't take 7-10 business days for them to take the money without my consent. Oh but it gets better... She says "in 7-10 business days when you get the money back you'll have late fees so what do you want to do? If it's about the over draft fees".... "Naw... I'm good...its not about the fees... I got the money" It's about the principal. You don't take money without consent...especially after saying not even a month ago that "this is a one time payment and it will not come out again." Simply cannot have a financial relationship with a Company filled with shady people. Four more months... Then I'm done and I cannot wait.

  Never again. I just moved and explained to them that I was like 6 dollars short on their items ....they wouldn't take the money I had. Owell they lost a customer over that. Never will I go to aarons in my life again. I advise everyone else to do the same.

  I took my paper work in on a Friday and was told what I ordered would be delivered Saturday. So I waited from 11-3 Saturday finally I called and was told they pushed it to Monday x in the process wasn't called and told anything I wasted my Saturday.Today is Monday I called then they told me our something else so I decided to just cancel my order go elsewhere.
