::This is the second t.v I have purchased from this location... both times I ended up getting extraordinary deals because of the sales that they were having at the time. I have never had a problem making a payment, they always make it fast and simple. I was worried that I would go in to pay my first t.v off and it would be a far greater amount than what I owed because of some hidden fees or something but there were no hidden fees. The deal we discussed was exactly what I got. Their customer service reps are absolutely amazing, they always come right up and are so willing to help you find what you are looking for, they do up sale (which I am sure any job like this you are required to) but they do not push it on you like those places that try to talk you in to buying everything and you end up walking out without anything because you get so overwhelmed. On both occasions they went out of their way to fit me onto their delivery schedule, they even offer free instillation!! Because of the amazing customer service at this location I will be returning for all of my large purchases!!! Thank you Hermitage Aaron's for being so amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

::We rented a big screen TV from this business. At the time we rented it, we were told we could return it after 4 months with no penalty. A few days later when it was delivered, the delivery man told us we had to wait 6 months before returning it with no penalty. We asked the guy we rented it from about this discrepancy and was told that it indeed was only 4 months. Today, after the four months had passed, we went into the store to pay the TV off. First, they told us our check was declined by their "check verification service" despite the fact that there was adequate money in the account to cover the check. My brother then told them to pick up the TV-we didn't want it-at that point we were told we had to make two more payments before we could pick it up because we did not wait for the 6 month period. We asked to speak to the manager who was absoultely no help at all. In the end we ended up going to the bank and getting over $1,400 in cash, brought the cash back and paid the thing off. Bottom line, don't rent from this store, they change the rules as they go along.
