  I will never shop at Aarons again. I placed an order online for an item. Since I work long hours it was a good alternative for me. It has almost been a month an no product. I called and was referred back to the online customer service where I talked to a very helpful lady that told me I should be getting a refund from the store. The store first refused to give me a refund. Then another customer service rep proceeds to call Amahd on 3 way and they mock me for wanting my money back. Yes its I want it back no matter how much it is I paid for something that I never received. When I said Ive been sleeping on the couch he says thats not his fault and the customer service rep proceeds to back him up and say tgats right.I asked for the regional number myself he didnt give it to me and told me to wait until Monday. I called another Aarons and they were very sympathetic and gave me the regional managers number. I have never dealt with a company like this in my life . Think twice before doing business at this location.

  Friendly staff but boy do they annoy with calls when are a little late. Tempted to return everything g and smog somewhere else.

  They have a manager by the name of MIA WHO CURSES PEOPLE OUT AT THEIR HOMES AND GIVES THE WRONG INFORMATION TO THE WRONG PEOPLE SO WE ARE FILING FOR 3RD PARTY DISCLOSER SHE IS RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL

  I DID MY BUSINESS ON CAMP WISDOM GOT MY WASHER AND DRYER PAY ON TIME NO PROBLEMS THEN GOT A FRENCH DOOR FRIDGE THINK THIS IS A GOOD STORE IM GOING TO CONTINUE TO DO MY SHOPPING HERE I CALLED YESTERDAY DUE TO ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING THEY TELL ME THEY TRANSFERRED MY ACCT DUE TO CLOSING STORE I CALLED THE NEW STORE ACCT GUY TELLS ME NO ONE IS THERE AND HE IS SORRY DIDN'T ASK MY NAME TO LEAVE MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL BACK I CALL TODAY AND "IM SORRY EVERYONE STEPPED OUT I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE I ASK WHEN WILL THEY BE BACK 'I DON'T KNOW DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AT ALL I DON'T WANT TO DO MY BUSINESS THERE IF THIS IS WHAT IT'S LIKE NO THANK YOU!
