  Love the staff there as they really care for there clients. Have gotten 3 t.v. from them so far and will be a returning customer

  Sales staff great. Delivery staff... incompetent. Took them an hour to realize they had to take doors off the fridge to get in our house...they had no tools. Another hour to remove doors. Couldn't put inside of fridge back together. We only got 2 ft water line - we called they told.us we had to go buy our own. Ggrrrr. We had them pick up the fridge 10 days later...same incompetent men. They damaged our door frame so badly our door won't shut!! Store manager was supposed to come look at (she said early next morning was soonest she could come) apparently she forgot us. But when she did show up, she just looked and left. Still waiting for some resolution for that matter!

  Delivery guys ineptness causes damage during removeal of Appliances. Claiming a loss with them is difficult at best. G.M. Jessica would not commit to repair of my home from damage caused by her 2 Delivery men.

  Jessica is so rude! Very difficult to deal with. Felt like she was discriminating against me. So on the reference and job verification she says that my employer which is a big name grocery store....not wanting to say where I work....she says they didn't answer but when I call my job, they said they spoke to her and same for references....yeah I would say discrimination. It's like she didn't want me to have the TV. Not sure if it's because of my race or what. Just rude and trying so hard for me not to have it. Terrible place. If you go here do not deal with Jessica. She shouldn't even be a manager acting like this. Went to rent a center and had no issues. At rent a center they even pay your 5th week for free if you do weekly! So everything happens for a reason and I'm happy it did. Also if I could give this location no stars, I would. That's the reputation that it looks like there. Never had a issue at other Aaron's including one in Colorado. Avoid Jessica at all costs.
