  Customer service is great. Staff is professional and Jessica made me have a wonderful experience shopping here. She is very nice and polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this location!

  Horrible customer service all around and over the phone at this location. Better off just buying a new or used tv than renting here. Greedy and harass you over the phone even if you're up to date with payments to "remind you." Don't know how they get away with that legally.

  This place has the worst customer service. They flooded my apartment when they installed my washer, they couldn't help me move and yet I'm late on my fourth payment and they are harassing me and my relatives. I have told them I will pay them, but they want it NOW or nothing. I will never so business there again.

  HORRIBLE! JARED IS RUDE AND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A MANAGER. HE IS RUDE AND BELITTLING AND ACTS AS IF HE WORKS FOR THE MOB RATHER THAN A OVER PRICED UNDER QUALITY FURNITURE RENTAL. I MEAN JARRED REALLY? DON'T LET THAT NAME TAG THAT READS MANAGER GO TO YOUR HEAD. YOUR TOMORROWS BUSINESS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY!
