  Illegally taking money from my personal bank account and I do not have an account with Aaron's!! No approval was given and I honestly have no idea how they got my personal debit card information to do this. I have filed fraudulent spending through my bank, had to cancel my bank card, and in the meantime I'm getting hit with over draft fees like crazy. They illegally took $549.00 and some change out of my personal account, putting me $570 in the hole, not including the overdraft fees!! They have left me unable to pay my car payment, phone bill, nor able to do Christmas for my children!! For a company who does this they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and shut down!!!

  I have had my lg tv for less than a year and TV stopped working do not recommend to buy TV from Aaron's

  I had been with them for four years paid out multiple accounts furniture is not always up to par in addition they move around the payments on the account and went under new store management and instead listening to the customer to resolve the issue the store manager continued to argue and be disrespectful will never rent from this location or company ever again and it is a same when you lose a customer over 5 years who paid off multiple furniture advise don't do bussiness left a message for regional manager never got a response poor service
