  Showed up when late payment came up.. refused to leave for 3 solid hours pointed out knife and told people not to touch him....DANGEROUS ? Shopper BEWARE. See photos

  I really enjoyed my experience in the beginning but about 6 months ago they hired a manager by the name of Jerimiah. This person has no clue how to run a business or even talk to people. He needs to understand he manages Aarons furniture. We had a minor altercation, and he was very unprofessional. since then the employee have been directed to call non stop and stop by my residence, sometimes after 8; this starts at about 5 days late. There's nothing "wrong" with the products. I have no issue with any other employees, they all seem very cordial. It seems like this business is on the way out but hopefully they can learn some professionalism and that won't happen.

  Would give a 0 i I could. I pay every month like my agreement says and somehow I still am harrassed by them and so is my family. Will be reporting them to their corporate office and talking to the Better Business Bureau as calling the store does nothing and their accounts manager is a ridiculous man who threatens you. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE JUST RENT ONLINE FROM AARONS!!

  The Store Manager is the most rude person I have ever delt with. He has no clue how customer service works. Sat with broken merchandise for 6 months. He gave me his word he would get it handled the following week. 4 weeks later I came back in, and I was upset, I didn't yell, I didn't raise my voice. This guy didn't even apologize to me. He just made me wrong for being upset, and talked to me like a child. One week later, they call me because my payment was due. I inform the lady on the phone I wanted to check out the repair on my furniture (which is scheduled for delivery to my place that night), for NO reason AT ALL, the manager gets on the phone with an attitude. He accused me of being rude, talked down to me, I told him "I have no clue how you became a manager" he repeated it back to me to insulted me (I am a store manager for another company). My suggestion: Avoid doing business here at ALL cost.
