::If I could give 0 stars I would honestly , I called them and everything went through I got a delivery date and followed up all morning to make sure my stuff was coming they reassured me it was and then last minute at 6pm they told me nothing will be coming that I wasn’t approved with no explanation why .. I then asked to speak to the manager and crystal said he would call me back after a week he still didn’t call back and every time I called they were rude not picking up my calls and always said he wasn’t there .. I gave up and went through the Hempstead store and I got my furniture right away with no issues and was approved on a spot , Central Islip location is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there they are very unprofessional

::I have purchased a washer & dryer also a full bedroom set. The service we received on the washer & dryer when needed was excellent. The quality of there furniture is top grade ! Everyone I have dealt with from sales to delivery personal has always been courteous, prompt & helpful to all of our concerns & needs. I highly recommend AARONS

::Store manager OSVALDO very rude and arrogant. Few weeks ago I was looking into a computer, whereas they have you fill out an application. (Understandable) However, after waiting on sales associate to finish up my deal she started to assist another customer without notifing me of a wait time. I spent an hour in the store standing there, after being told the General manager will review my paper work. At this point the sales associate spoke with the manager he told her I would have to wait and have a seat. He went out to assist a new customer who happened to walk into the store, then after being told the second time that I was waiting he told his associate to tell me to go home and he will call me. Hours later he calls and introduces himself and I pleasantly told him how I felt unsatisfied with his client services disregarding my business. He went on to tell me then he will cancel my application and he doesn't need my business. I said I'm fine with that and we hung up. So I ordered the exact same model online to hopefully not deal with that store and rude manager to later then get a call from him once more saying that I will need to process the application (that I filled online) with him in order to receive my computer. So I said fine no problem. He started to say how he remembers me clearly and that I need to learn how to have patience and how his store doesn't need my business. Of course I told him he has no managerial skills and I couldn't believe how disrespectful and arrogant he was to me, he then told me he will forward all the paperwork to a different store and he didn't feel my business was needed because our relationship wasn't working out. This man was totally arrogant, sexist and completely a big time jerk! I have reported this issue with the company and hopefully it will be resolved asap and this man can be reprimanded!
