  Aaron Ward was hired for 1 week before getting let go due to his unprofessional-ism and awkward behavior in court. Aaron Ward failed to do even supply me with a RETAINER agreement, which should have cued me on how much of an amateur attorney he truly was. Aaron Wards’ behavior in court clearly showed how unprepared he was and this was clearly seen by the judge and other party involved in the legal dispute. After seeing this in court I informed Aaron Ward that we would be moving in another direction and no longer needing his services. He emailed me as well as texted that a Check would be issued to me and kept falsely saying that a “bookkeeper” would be contacting me to mail out my refund. After Stalling for over a week Aaron Ward then gave me a bill for $5,000 which I fought in small claims court & WON! He has yet to pay this JUDGEMENT from small claims. He is a true scammer, and I will be pursuing further legal action and Disciplinary action from the NY STATE BAR ASSOCIATION.
