  Most staff are very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I used a travel agent there to try arranging a trip through AAA and at least one of the hotels she recommended had no screens on the windows and no air conditioning...in the tropics. (Read online reviews of hotels before booking!) She also showed zero enthusiasm. Needless to say, I booked my trip elsewhere. I am sure the other agents are more competent. My other experiences there over 25 years have been fine.

  Came here with wife to get international driver's permit for both of us. Walked out 15 minutes later, permits in hand. Good service.

  I stopped in to see if I could get a discount for an upcoming trip, and I ended up feeling very rushed. If the staff had taken more time to help me understand the various applicable discounts, I could have left with quite a good deal (I found this out by researching after the fact), but instead I left empty handed.

  peter the insurance guy is incomepetent gave me an astonomical quote after waiting an hour because beverly the receptionist kept transferring me to the wrong place then insisting they dont have in house insurance person so she transferred me to wayne repeatetedly. certainly an absurd customer experience theyre stuck in the 80's and should train their staff.
