  The office is hard to find at first, it's on the second floor in this maze of shops and restaurants, but the staff is very friendly and helpful! I got my International Driver's Permit here and it took maybe 10 mins at the most. Highly recommend this AAA office to both guests and members!

  AAA service has gone downhill over the years. Long wait times. Transferred between the *two* AAA organizations in Minnesota (one in Burnsville; the other in St. Louis Park). Very inefficient! Why aren't those organizations merged???

  I am from Ontario,Canada and was recently visiting the Mall of America when our vehichle experienced a dead battery. Our AAA driver, Curt, went way above and beyond just boosting the battery. My teenage children and I would like to thank him for helping out his fellow Canadians :-)
