  WORST EVER I HAVE BEEN CALM FOR MORE THAN A WEEK MY PATIENCE IS OVER I DROP OFF MY CLOTHES JUST TO GET HALF NOT BACK AND NO ONE IN THIS GOD DAMN LAUDRYMAT WILL GIVE ME A SOLUTION NO ONE CALLED TO EVEN APOLOGIZE OR SEE HOW THEY CAN SOLVE THIS ITS LIKE THERES NO ONE THAT OWNS THE PLACE ITS JUST REALLY BAD LIKE REALLLLY BAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I WOULDNT EVEN RATE IT BUT IM BEYOND UPSET BECAUSE IT WAS MOST OF MY BABY CLOTHES AND AND 2 GREAT QUALITY DOWN COVERS SO IMAGINE MY FRUSTRATION.

  BEWARE OF THIS LAUNDROMAT!!!My husband and I had the worst experience in this laundromat. It is our first time to a avail their drop off and pick-up service and we had our WORST NIGHTMARE!!! I lost a pack of newly bought underwear. More or less a dozen of Victoria secret underwear. I know it is just a bunch of underwear but this shop cannot be trusted. They don't deserve to keep on operating. They cannot keep on taking advantage their customers. The asian looking guy in charge don't even look sorry for it .He said he will just give us a store credit of $40. What on earth is he thinking? His got the guts to encourage us to still use their service when in the first place you don't even know what they do to your clothes after. They cannot even fold the clothes right. Also, the dryer machine usually will make you put more and more coins two times I did my laundry in this shop. It takes forever for your clothes to dry if you are not lucky enough to get a good dryer. The owner most of the time uses the good ones for their drop off and pick-up service. They are aware of the bad machine but still they let the customer use it for them to earn more coins.You will come back for your clothes after an hour and it is still wet. In short, time, energy and coins wasted. There is a good laundromat right across the street. Not this. This one is a trash!!! Only if I can rate this a negative star!!!
