  Okay service but lacking professionalism We are selling our house and needed a dumpster to throw away all the unneeded things. We called up AAA based on an agent's recommendation. Everything went okay till the day they came over to haul away the dumpster. In the process of dragging the dumpster it left 3 long marks on our drive way. We called them up to complain and was told:"If you are worried about your driveway you should have put wood on it, or request the driver to put the dumpster on the lawn." To me, it's utterly unprofessional for a company to require its customers to be completely aware of all the potential damage its service could do to their properties. Like many others, it's the very first time that we use a dumpster service and we don't know anything about it. But the company, having been in this business for a long time, could have given their customers a heads-up so they are better prepared. Our house is going on the market in the next few days, and we now have to scramble to find ways to fix these marks, adding to the significant stress that's already there.
