  I have been "in business" with these people for 2 months and despite all my attempts, have not managed to close my case with them. It started with a broken washing machine for which their $50 diagnostic was "needs new motor". The motor was going to be ordered and installed within 4 days. The person never showed up and did not call. It was rescheduled 4 successive times - BECAUSE we were following up, not them - and it never happened. The last time they "offered" to send someone for a new diagnostic. We broke down and bought a new washing machine. They promised they would send us the check back and have not. Every time I call, they say the check is in the mail. It has been 2 months. They give us fake names for people who work there, when we manage to extract a name, the person is never there when we call, there is no "manager" one can speak to. I cannot understand why this place is still in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
