  Unable to contact ANYONE either by phone or email or facsimile. Order was not received as promised. If I do not get a resolution on this matter within the next 24 hours, I will be filing a complaint and cancelling my charge on my credit card. This is very disappointing. Should it be resolved satisfactorily, I will change my rating. It is still not more than 3 stars, if then. Customer Service is very important and if you do not have any, you might as well close shop.
