  Victor arrived on time, and patiently explained why my wash machine was noisy. He did a complete check of both washer and dryer, and determined that a minor adjustment would fix it. He was honest and competent. I will call him again if I need another repair.

  I just had my dryer fixed this morning. It took the technician about 40 min to diagnos and fix the dryer. Tell me why that adds up to $66 in labor charges. The part was $45. You're telling me it costs $155 for a quick repair. I wish I got paid $66 For less than an hours time. I'm very pleased with how fast it was. I did not like how the tech asked to use my bathroom as soon as he arrived. I would give a 5 star if the price was better. It's really sad that famailes depend on services like this to keep their house operational and your company takes advantage of that.

  We had a problem with our refrigerator. Called and spoke with Victor. He came out the same day and fixed our issue. He arrived on time and the cost to fix was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend A-Z Appliance Pro.
