  Friendly and helpful people. My only complaint is that the floral rosary I received was nothing like the one we chose from the book. We paid a price expecting full roses and instead received baby roses. But, who is going to make a scene in the middle of a viewing? My aunts have used this place for several events, so I thought to give Velvet Rose the business. The piece they made for my cousin's funeral was beautiful, but their work isn't consistent IMO.
