  Great service, no wait, friendly staff and doctor.

  Was seen by a physician assistant. Nobody asked me if it was ok and the PA never introduced him as a PA. If I knew I was going to be seen by a PA I would have never come here. As a physician myself, I absolutely know the difference between seeing by a MD and a PA. This is also dishonest with patient.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lisa made sure that we were comfortable while waiting for the doctor. My daughter had a sharp pain on her right. A1-URGENT care recommended we go to the ER @ EHMC and see Dr. Jet-Li who was there and would be waiting for us. The ER was busy and we had to wait, so I called A1 spoke to Lisa and she worked her magic within minutes, we were called and processed into the " triage" area. We never saw Dr Jet-Li but Dr Rapp was very polite and helpful. After a battery of tests it was the flu symptoms that caused the pain.

  Couldn't have been more happier. Lisa at the front desk was courteous and Doctor AJ was personable and my 8 year old was at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

  Excellent Facility and very courteous staff. Got me in and out, the Doctor is great also. I am glad they opened here we just got our flew shots. very knowledgable and dependable
