  This review is for Southlake Mall... This store is the worst kids store I've ever been in. Medine is the worst manager encountered. I was ignored for 15 minutes. Used a ladder myself to find white dresses for my children's dance recital. No sizes were available but what I did find, which might I add was stained. They called Medine (the store manager) to take 10% off the stain and she said no, she wouldn't give them a dollar off and told us to buy something else in another color. No consideration for customers. No help! And no respect given by the employees that worked there. Never shop at this low class boutique. New management needs to be found and quickly. And to Medine, your a low class individual that will fail miserably in business.
