  I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to get title and tags (historic) done for an old beat up truck. The transaction would have cost me about $191 at the MVA and $246 after their $55 fee. Well they charged me $375. Not feeling good about the transaction I went back in and had thr transaction voided. I then went to another tag and title place that had a higher fee, and that same transaction only cost me $261. I can't get past the feeling I was being scammed at a tag and title service in the Beltway plaza mall. The only good point was the women behind the desk was very nice, helpful, and was willing to void the transaction for me.

  Horrible service.....just registered my car and walked out and received a call stating that my title is a salvage. The girl behind the counter is totally clueless. Stay away from this place. If I could rate it lower I would.

  Very fast and courteous experience. Just purchased a car. Had title, proof of insurance, and inspection report. Gentleman behind the counter was professional and polite. So much better than lines at MVA. Glad I tried it.

  This was the worst experience of my life. I don't understand this place. Requested a title on December 15th never got anything. Called several times and got around the way answers. I finally got an answer and if I don't get my title I will have to apply again and pay more money. WORST WORST WORST!!!! STAY AWAY
