  Jonathan is by far the worst person I have ever had to dealt with when it comes to having issues with my camera systems they have installed at my office and at my house. I have been nothing but the best customer since day 1 after the install. Whenever I need help, he is never there and his office is never there. Lady on the phone always tell me Jonathan is busy and he will call back. He never call back. Days later I would call them again, and I am told again that he is busy and that I need to wait for his call back. This time I was fed up with it and I called asking for the owner. All of a sudden, now Jonathan is available to talk. I then asked him for help with signing in to my system. He said I needed to call Hikvision and reset the password and it is a long process. I told him how impossible it has been to reach him and asked him if there was a reason why he refuses to help me when I need? He just said okay... I have another office I am opening up across the street and I will be taking my business else where. Save yourself trouble. DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT USE PANTHER SECURITY. Go else where. They only care about taking your money, installing the products and moving onto the next customer. You are no longer their problem once your check is cashed.
