HORRIBLE!! Staff is rude and they do not have any customer service. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! They are the nastiest most obnoxious people I ever dealt with.

i came to A&P nails because it is close to my job. I've done my nails there before and the service was not good. Today i decided to try again and the service i received was horrendous. the Gentlemen was extremely rough and he polished my nail as if he was a 2 year old. it looks as though i did my nails myself. i told him that I was not happy and he said that he will take the polish off and i should pay him 18 dollars for the horrible pedicure. I just wanted to be happy it wasn't about the money. He did not fix my toes and charged me $27.00 for a gel pedicure and was just basically yelled at.

Wow. I'm surprised and disappointed. Went to A&P Nails in the State Street Firehouse Plaza. The man at the counter was beyond rude and was upset at me that there was a few things I couldn't understand from his broken English. Literally sighed aloud and complained when I asked to see the type of nail strengthener they used since I refused to do gel nails and had his actually dirty bare feet up super close to the counter while he used he cell phone while I was at the counter. Gave me a heavy attitude when I needed a little time to decide and then rushed me, assumed I didn't want anything and then when I had enough and gently said I didn't want anything (due to his lack of respect) told me to "get out". I came in here and treated him with respect and got treated poorly. I've never walked into any place and treated anyone rudely and never expected to be treated so rudely either. Not ever going here again.

I went to get a pedicure and the guy with tattoos on his arms was completely rude. Instead of talking to me he kept hitting me in my leg very hard wouldn't even meet my eye when i would try to say something to him and pretty much threw my receipt at me and on top of all that his paint job wasnt up to par at all. The place itself was ok but i will never go to him for anything
