  I have been trying to get my overcharged co-pay returned to me for over one year. I am continually promised, by the back office, that I will receive a check. My wife provided the EOB from our insurance company which showed that they were paid and the amount we owed was $0.00. Their back office people are rarely available. The front desk says they will provide messages, but I am still owed $150. My Insurance company has said they will try to work something out, but I will need to provide bank statements to show my payments and other details. This is going to take more time. If you value your time and your money, be careful.

  Everyone who works here is absolutely fantastic. Dr Milne uses a combination of chiropractic and pressure points to treat. It is nice to find a chiropractor who doesn't mind doing big adjustments using either hands or instruments. They also have no issue telling people they need to go see a medical doctor if the situation dictates it. The masseuses are fantastic, and will use as little or as much pressure as you want. Nancy seems to have a gift of finding problem areas and taking care of them. They have a small gym at the facility, and offer cheap competative gym memberships. They offer other services as well (weight loss, hypnosis, accupuncture, etc) but I have not tried any of those.

  Dr. Milne is very conscientious and one of the best Chiropractors I have ever been associated with. She is friendly, thorough and will do whatever it takes to help her patients. I drive over 30 minutes to get to her office. It is worth the effort! She has also helped me overcome allergy problems that I have carried with me for years.
