  I was pretty upset when I went to clear out my storage today and came to realize that all my things were infested with roaches and there were rat droppings and pee all over my things. When I was told when I moved in that there is pest control done. Obviously not! I cannot believe that I have to go through all of my things before I can move into my new apartment so I don't bring the roaches into my house. This place is the worst storage place I've ever been to.

  Horrible customer service. I called in my first payment and asked to be put on auto pay. I gave the person my information and they assured me I would get an email to confirm. My second bill comes around I get assessed a late fee, I call and let the person know it was a mistake and I was basically called a lier and told I couldn't possibly have been told that. He refused to rectify the late fee, he couldn't have cared less and refused to take responsibility for the bad information I was given. I definitely will not be making any recommendations to family or friends and definitely not a "family" oriented business. Very disappointed in the SOL attitude I received.
