  I am new to the area and couldn't have asked for a better first experience at a salon. I got lost and was running pretty late for my appointment and they were very understanding. My stylist was amazing and very friendly. I was nervous as I was wanting to switch it up and get my hair cut differently than I typically do- but I can honestly say that I absolutely LOVE my new hair cut. Highly recommend!

  Honestly, I shouldn't even give a star. They canceled my appointment on New Years Eve day of. I had to work all day and made an appointment with them in advance. The woman called and said she had to be in the shop just b/c I had my appointment at 3:30 and asked if I could move it earlier. I said I'm sorry I have to work all day but could come in at 3. She huffed and said she was just sitting around waiting for me. I certainly don't want someone doing my hair who is cranky with me. I told her thanks, but no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. She said, sounds good, and hung up the phone. If I was such an inconvenience, they shouldn't have offered appointments today. Add this to the very short list of places I won't be visiting.
