  Unorganized, always seems to be confused on what's going on. I have never called and had my concerns met the first time since I opened a policy back in March or April. I'm always told I'll receive a callback and that never happens. The only reason I stayed with them for the last 6months was because I didn't take the time to search for new service. Enough is enough. They won't see another dime of my money!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
