  I’ve been on the phone trying to get a quote since 1 pm & all I get is “We’re really swamped, I’ll give you a call back in about 25-30 minutes” well I’ve called back twice & since they know it’s me, by the caller id, the first time they didn’t even pick up, the second time they had the nerve to answer & say “Yes hello Mrs. Diaz” like yes hello I’ve been waiting for a call back for 4 HOURS. I called another location in Grand Prairie & got somebody to help me within a couple of minutes. This Arlington location sucks. & I understand they can be busy but 4 hours for a simple quote?? Come on now, they must not need or want the business. Save your time & money & go somewhere else!
