  I've used Mark Lindberg for my tax preparation since 2004. He is a talented tax preparer. However, there are many talented tax preparers out there. The reason I am giving him a poor rating is for every other aspect of his business. He's disorganized. He gives you a time to meet, and yet he is always with other people, leaving you to wait for 30 minutes or more. I scheduled a time to call him in 2017 to prepare my taxes, and he said he couldn't do it until 5pm. I planned our whole day around getting this done in the morning, and I had to change my entire day around. I wish I could say this was a one-time occurrence, but it is an issue now every year. He also has different prices for different people. Don't pay more than $70. That's how much he charges my mother, father and sister. Yet he charges me $90 and my wife $90. 2017 is the last time that I used Mark Lindberg for my tax preparation. This year I am using a professional who values and respects my time. Mark CLEARLY does not.
