  Great place for long term storage. We needed to pack away books and a desk for a few years, only coming by to drop off our stuff and pick it up when we ended our lease. This is a definitely a value storage place with business hours and a maze feeling to it. Overall it was a safe, clean, and dry place to store our items for a long period.

  Nah, the person who had a bad experience with Paul wasn't lying. Paul spent five minutes on the phone before he got to us. He then proceeded to lose our reservation, kept claiming he "couldn't do anything about it," and kept babbling on and on about random life experiences that we clearly didn't care about. The place in general was, for lack of a better term, sketch. The elevator does not look safe at all. Really creepy, unsafe, unprofessional vibe. 0/10 would not try again (Public Storage next door is much better) Edit: Whoops, made a mistake in my review. They didn't lose our reservation-- at least not once. Nah, they lost it, changed it without telling us, then lost THAT, then acted like a lost puppy upon being confronted with these mistakes (The manager, Sean, was a big part of this). Paul bragged about working there for 15 years. I could tell they would lose our business in 15 minutes.
