  I would have given them 5 stars, but they raise the rental fees every year. I rented units from them for three plus years. An honest suggestion to improve the business: Don't raise the rent on customers in good standing. Instead, reward them by DECREASING the rent for each year they've rented. There are plenty of new customers coming through that they can charge more for. Just a thought...

  Great customer service and the facilities are clean and very secure. made a great choice choosing A-1!

  I had household goods stored for an extended time. During that time, many storage needs changed. The staff at A-1 was always pleasant with my requests and offered suggestions when needed. Great service!

  The total experience was great. Real nice & knowledgeable Sealls Person. The delivery people were respectful and quick.

  I was searching for a storage facility and time was of the essence. My first and last stop was A-1 Self Storage. Leo and Jeffrey greeted me at the service desk and were very helpful. I explained my situation and they were able to get me set up and sorted out within 15 minutes. Leo and Jeffrey demonstrated great customer service skills and were very knowledgeable about their operation/facility. I also left a great Yelp review, you guys were awesome!! Randy V
