  Called to fix a washer machine. Showed within time window. Mike was at my house less than 2 mins. Turned on machine and said "it's broken and not worth fixing" without even looking at any internal parts and then charged me $65 for the service call. Absolute waste of money! Made sure to take the time to put a service sticker on the wall though! Would have been better just buying a new one and saving myself the $65. What a waste of money for 2 minutes of doing nothing. Called another company, they came out looked at it and were able to fix it with a $30 part. Should have called them from the beginning. Avoid this company at all costs!
