  I dropped off a set of West Elm drapes to be dry cleaned. When i picked them up and brought them home they were shrunk terribly. They also smelled horrible. Like cheap stale perfume. I brought the drapes back and told the owner (who barley spoke english) that he shrunk my drapes. He agreed to tailor them and let out more on the bottom. After his crappy tailoring job they were still about 4 inches too short and looked terrible. I wanted to go back and com[plain but I did not want to deal with it anymore so I just went and bought new drapes. BEWARE!!!! Do not go here. The owner didn't care and his work showed the lack of care. The reason I had paid to have them dry cleaned was so they wouldn't shrink. This place is garbage and I will never do business with A1 Cleaners ever again. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Giving this one star is one star too many.
