  With online bike sales and parts happening at rock bottom prices, the future of local bike shops success is all about service and that is where this one needs help. Several services I requested from this place were either overpriced or they just failed to deliver: Paid 100 bucks for a bike fitting that seemed half guessed on what I needed. Charged me for a new stem and the stem has incorrect parts installed. Paid to have my bike packed and shipped Fed Ex for an event, explicitly explained the deadline that the bike needed to ship by and assisted with coordination of the shipping labels and instructions. Shop failed to arrange pick up by the deadline and I had to pay extra to bring my bike on the airplane. Rear derailleur was bent upon arrival at my event. To top it off, they failed to pack my repair kit with the bike. When I went to pick mine up after the event, they handed me someone else’s! I cannot in good faith recommend these guys when it comes to quality service. If the shop wants to justify charging a little more for their parts it has to start with service. I unfortunately cannot see it.

  Super friendly and knowledgeable. They have experience in fitting me with a bike that fit my needs and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I have also seen them out on the trail! Thanks Matt and Charlie

  Don't waste your time going this place! Now they are under new management for 1 year and their service is just horrible! . This is Why, PB Bike (Piermont, NY) Took 3 days to get the parts to fix the bike Free adjustment on groupset & adding pedal as service Charge $6 for tube Tech onsite weekday 9W Bike (Nyack, NY) Took 2 weeks Charged $10 for simple pedal adding Charge $16 for tube Tech part-time overall worst experience i EVER had Feel free to go there if you are loaded with $$$ to get rip off with slow service. They will gladly provide the service for you.

  the people who I've know for years re built my bike, very reasonable, service my 2 bikes, always spin request around quickly. and they know their stuff. happy customer
