  Great facility-- always super clean and feels very secure. Prices very fair for downtown location. Management really curteous and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility.

  My advice: Do not rent space at this facility. My rent was raised without any notice by 26%. Very bad business practice, and even worse customer service.

  Quite frankly the best storage facility I've ever dealt with. Buildings are clean, meticulously maintained and incredibly secure. Never made to feel like I was inconveniencing staff any time I had a question.

  These storage units are exceptionally clean because they are inside a large warehouse-type building. There is plenty of room to park a truck and access is through a tall and wide door. Hand carts are available for use at no charge. I rate 9th & X Self Storage as an excellent storage option.

  9th & X Storage has been an excellent place to store extra things while transitions in life occur. I feel safe and secure while there and know my things are also safe and secure in the very clean, well maintained building. I would highly recommend this facility to others .
