  9round is awesome. The workout is right what I need, the location is great and the trainers are on point. You can burn 800 Cal's in 30 minutes if you work hard and do the exercises to your full abilities. Don't slack, and push yourself. 9Round has helped me grow to be healthier and is helping me get in shape for my wedding. I cannot recommend it enough.

  Amazing place! The workout is very intense and trainers are so friendly and helpful. Burn a lot calories in only 30mintues!

  So I’ve been training martial arts 12+ years. 9 round kept popping up on my Instagram feed as a sponsored ad. After looking at their Instagram I could tell that it was as ridiculous as I thought it was. I’ve taught my 9 year old cousin throw better kicks and punches than these so called “professionals.” If you want to lose weight then okay I could see the appeal. However, if you want to learn real martial arts, save your money and go to a real mma or boxing gym. You could even go to a UFC Gym if you can find a good one (some ufc gyms can be pretty awful) because the ufc gyms are pretty cheap.

  9Round Fitness is the place where the noble art (boxing) meets high cardio fitness activity. The crew is super friendly and they assist you throughout your workout. The owner is a very cool and smart gentleman who is always willing to go the extra mile to make its clients happy. Will definitively go again and sign up for the membership after today's first tryal.
