Excellent workout! Each round changes along with the workouts each day. Definitely can see improvement in boxing skills. The trainers are excellent and always keep you motivated. Its also great you don't need an appointment, a new round starts every three minutes.

This is the first gym I have ever joined. Work-outs change daily, which keeps my attention and increases my desire to return every day. The gym is relaxed with no judgment from others. The trainers (Dan, Tish, Issac, and CiCi) are terrific, encouraging, but not overbearing, and they teach you how to do the exercises properly. Dylan, the manager and head trainer has set the tone of a welcoming place to workout and have fun while doing it. I would highly recommend 9Round Boxing (in Ballston) for anyone looking for a great workout, while building self confidence, and improving overall health.

Great trainers and workouts. They change what you do every day, which makes it both interesting and challenging. Been with them since they opened!

I enjoy working out with Dan the most. He is extremely knowledgeable and always eager to help out. For example, Dan frequently gives me extra workouts and stretches I can do in addition to the 9 rounds to improve my performance. Another thing that I appreciate is when Dan will alter a workout to suit me better due to an injury that I have. This kind of personal attention to detail is why I choose to go to the Ballston location.

This is a fun and different gym experience. The workout changes daily so you don't get bored. The trainers rotate through and some are better than others. The only downfall is the price point.
