::I had a main line clog that backed up into my laundry room and bathroom... It took 99 Rooter over 24 hours to get out to us. We were unable to use our water for over 24 hours. It took us over 3 hours to clean the human waste that had backed up into our home the first time. The tech never called to confirm as they said he would...he was over an hour late. The first tech was very rude and didn't even snake the drain. He told us it was clear and left within 15mins. Of course the minute we used the water we ended up with yet another back up of human waste....I called them to come back out and they weren't able to get another tech out for over an hour!! The second tech was great and fixed the problem. Management has refused to return my phone calls about the first tech. Please don't waste your time with this company!!! I'm so incredibly upset about the service we received.

::They have a young receptionist who knows absolutely nothing about scheduling or customer service. Management is rude, snarky, and also lack customer service skills. Had an appointment for one of their guys to come out between 5-6. Was told at 4:20 he'd be there shortly. I was at work and told them my time was for 5-6. Left work and was home by 4:30. 5:30 and I had to call as no one had shown up. Was told he was there at 5pm. That was a lie as I was out side watching for him. Didn't appreciate that at all on top of having to leave work early. The next guy was a no call no show. They finally got someone out at 9:30pm. He thought he fixed the problem and was told to let him know if it didn't work , that was on 11/2. Here it is 5 days later and my sink is back to backing up. When they called to schedule after my landlord called them James was extremely rude and short.

::Previously we had used another company, but when they could not come, we called $99 Rooter to come clean out our kitchen drain. In the past, it was necessary to get the drain cleared about once a year. They worked quickly and said it was clean and should be fine for a while. We paid the $99 and they gave us our receipt which outlined the 30 day warranty. On day 34, the kitchen sink was stopped up again (like I said it usually stays clear for over 365 days). We had been out of town for 2 of those weeks, and when we were here we made sure to not put any food in the drain. I called the company and explained the issue, and they apologized and sent someone out right away. Once they got here, they confirmed that indeed the drain was blocked and they went ahead and cleaned it again. I assumed we would not be charged, but sure enough he told me that they would have to charge me the $99. I called the company to complain, and they said, "How about you just pay half so I can at least pay my technician." When I told the technician what his boss said, he responded with, "Oh, I'd get paid no matter what." In the end, I paid an additional $50 for the second cleaning in 34 days, but I surely will not be using $99 Rooter again.

::Came out to snake my kitchen sink. Didn't drain thoroughly when he was done but was told to give it a day or so and that we had a 30 day warranty. It has been 40 days and it is now clogged again, they want to charge me another 99$ to come back out. Don't waste your money, use a more reputable company that stands by their work and appreciates their customers. Very snarky and rude.

::The young man who came today was TERRIFIC!! Great work, great price. 7 of my children were here while he worked, he answered questions with a great spirit!!! He prepped his work area before he began, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING when he finished. I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied, with this transaction today. Highly recommended this company!!
