  After the Milpitas store, this is our next best 99 Ranch in the Bay Area. The food choices in this mall are fantastic and authentic, too. Go.

  Bought Hua Xing soy milk 2 days ago with expiration date on 12/8/22 which is about 2 weeks out. However, the soy milk has clumps since day 1, and tasted sour this morning. My stomach felt nausea afterwards. Google information said that bacteria growth would cause such problems and advised not to consume in such case. I called 99 Ranch regarding this issue. The service personnel just told me to take the receipt back for refund, and that it does happen, and I could try other brands. This sounded alarming to me, because they don't seem to take quality seriously. It worries me when a grocery chain doesn't keep consumer's health in its top priority.

  This is our second most frequented Chinese grocery store. Price may not be the best in this area but there's a good variety of stuff. It has a deli but after the pandemic it is takeout only, no more dine-in. Plenty of parking in front, and a two-level garage at the back of the mall. Now that the Mid-Autumn Festival is getting near, they have a very wide selection of moon cakes.

  99 ranch is the top dog asian supermarket! first, they're always clean (a couple of staff was mopping through each aisle the whole time i was there), they got the best snacks and drinks, and their bakery got the best pastries and bread and sweets! this location had a lot of employees that didn't really speak english though, so it was a little hard looking for help to find some stuff that we were looking for

  Presently, with only 55 Ranch 99 stores across the U.S. it's cool to have so many around this area. Chinese-focused Asian grocery market includes seafood mongers, prepared buffet food to go, and bakery. Initially, the confluence of smells may overwhelm you, but focus on filling the grocery basket with fresh vegetable greens, tofu, noodles, seasoned seaweed packs, ponzu sauce, coconut milk, durian, and you'll easily spend over $99.
