  I had the unfortunate situation where we had a power outage , my sump pump and generator weren't working and my finished basement got soaked. All I can say is “thank God for 911 Restoration!" They came to my house the same day I called. Adrian was my technician and he was amazing. He was so kind, reassuring and got to work right away. He was professional, compassionate and took great care to save as much of my basement as he could. His crew had to remove all the furniture, rip up my carpet, remove all the moulding and took great pains to save my built-ins (especially since my insurance company was only giving me very limited coverage). He went above and beyond and my husband and I so appreciate his efforts. Thank you 911 Restoration for making a miserable day a little more bearable.

  We used 911 Restoration for mold remediation in our kitchen and basement. They were very reasonable with their pricing, which we appreciated because the extent of the problem and expense was a shock to us. They started work quickly and did a thorough job. They were also very easy to contact, which I always appreciate in a contractor. Our mold assessor seemed impressed by the job they did when he came back after the remediation. We are very glad we went with 911 Restoration and highly recommend them!

  Great company! super fast response time! These guys saved my house from a horrible flood. Very recommended!
